The Department of Veteran s Affairs is seeking all qualified business manufacturer or distributors of small business manufacturers to all the following specifications: Requirement: Salient Characteristics: The bundles and kits are used to simultaneously profile chromatin accessibility (ATAC–seq) and 3` gene expression (RNA–seq) from the exact same single cell nucleus. This dual–omic approach links epigenetic regulatory mechanisms directly to active gene transcription. Primary Applications: Gene Regulatory Network Analysis: Maps how open chromatin regions, enhancers, and promoters control specific gene expression patterns. Cell Type and State Annotation: Improve resolution when identifying complex, rare, or heterogeneous cell populations by combining two layers of molecular data.
