ITB - NOAB - Airfield Painting & Rubber Removal Maintenance

The New Orleans Aviation Board’s (NOAB) objective is to contract the services of a contractor specialized in providing the necessary airfield pavement painting, striping and/or re-striping and pavement sign creation/rejuvenation services as required by the NOAB’s Operations Department (Airport Operations), as well as the Airfield Maintenance Department (Airfield). In addition to required airfield painting services, the Contractor must provide accumulated rubber and/or paint removal from airport runway pavements using high water-pressure equipment to perform the work. The Contractor will also be responsible to collect and discard particles of rubber and paint in accordance with all Federal, State, City regulations and NOAB requirements.
