– Vendor needs to provide event security screening and magnetometer services.• The contracted vendor will assist in establishing secure entry points, conducting weapons screening in accordance with Ohio Private Investigator Security Guard Services requirements, and coordinating with EPU personnel, venue representatives, and law enforcement.• provide statewide coverage, appropriate staffing, compliant screening practices, and dependable equipment to support safe and efficient entry screening at events.• Secure a qualified private security vendor capable of providing certified personnel and properly maintained magnetometer screening equipment for public events involving the Agency.• Establish a reliable, on‑call resource able to deploy statewide on short notice to meet the variable scheduling demands of the Executive Protection Unit (EPU).• Provide the State of Ohio with a dependable vendor that can maintain documentation, communicate effectively, and support continuous improvement in screening operations.• Event Scalability1. Provide scalable screening operations suitable for events ranging from approximately 200 to 3,000+ attendees.2. Support varied event environments including indoor, outdoor, mobile, temporary, and multi–site events statewide.3. Furnish staff and equipment configurations appropriate for small, medium, and large–scale events.4. Maintain capability to increase or decrease screening lanes based on expected throughput and EPU direction.• Staffing Requirements1. Provide supervisory staff onsite for all events to oversee vendor personnel and coordinate with EPU.2. Ensure staffing levels sufficient to meet throughput objectives based on crowd size and venue constraints.– The contract period will be for one year.
