(1) Vendor needs to provide in–person instructional coaching services to the government authority located in WV. – Deliver in–person professional development and instructional coaching services to select elementary, middle, and high schools across the agency. • Deliver in–person, on–site coaching and capacity building for school leaders, instructional coaches, and central office staff.• Support principals and leadership teams in data analysis, instructional planning, and monitoring academic progress.• Collaborate with curriculum specialists to align coaching with agency instructional priorities.• Partner with the agency’s academic leadership to design and implement strategies that drive student achievement.• Provide 16 full–day professional development sessions tailored to school needs, including areas such as standards–based instruction, data–driven instruction, and differentiated teaching.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
