(1) Vendor needs to provide telefundraising service to the government authority located in Houston, TX. – Tele–fundraising partners to support agency annual giving program.– Provide high–quality calls and experience for our donors, offer strategic insights, provide analytics, and offer creative and production services to effectively reactivate, retain, grow, and steward our donors.– Callers must understand and be able to articulate agency mission; every call should reflect why this work matters.– Provide strategic insights to enhance our tele–fundraising initiatives.– Analyse our donor file to identify and refine target audiences for each phone campaign.– Execute two reactivation campaigns to re–engage lapsed donors.– Launch a faithful friends monthly conversion and reactivation campaign to transition one–timeand lapsed monthly donors into recurring faithful friends supporters.– Execute a faithful friends monthly upgrade campaign targeting active monthly donors eligiblefor a gift upgrade.(2) The contract period will be for one year.   (3) All the questions had been submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
