The County of Hawaii (County) invites qualified nonprofit organizations to submit proposals for tourism marketing and promotions to support the County’s commitment to regenerative tourism grounded in Kapu and Kanawai, and to ensure that Hawaii Island is competitive in the global visitor industry market. The County seeks to support tourism marketing and promotions programs to cultivate sustainable visitor demand that respects and strengthens Hawaii Island’s cultural integrity and environmental stewardship.
