(1) Vendor needs to provide firefighter health and fitness assessments services to the government authority located in Arlington, TX.– Contract for firefighter health and fitness assessments with a medical provider experienced in fire–service occupational medicine to provide comprehensive medical evaluations, occupational health services, and medical record–keeping for fire department uniformed personnel.– Support early detection, disease prevention, and health promotion.– Establish and maintain appropriate baseline and longitudinal health information.– Identify health conditions that may affect an individual's ability to safely perform applicable job duties.– Support monitoring of occupational cancer risks.– Provide appropriate medical and health recommendations.– Support timely identification and follow–up of medical findings.– Comply with applicable federal, state, and local requirements.– Medical information system, data, reporting and confidentiality:– Contractor shall maintain a secure medical information system capable of supporting individual and aggregate occupational health data.– Secure electronic medical records.– Individual medical results and reports.– Longitudinal health–data tracking.– Aggregate/de–identified reporting.– Trend analysis.– Data export for City use.– Occupational health trend reporting.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 1, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 24, 2026.
