AI-1221 - USA (Florida) - Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategic Roadmap and Governance Framework Consultant Services - Deadline September 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide artificial intelligence (ai) strategic roadmap and governance framework consultant services.– The consultant shall develop a formal AI governance framework defining oversight roles, decision–making authority, project intake and approval processes, and accountability mechanisms.– The consultant shall facilitate structured ideation sessions to identify potential AI use cases across departments.– The consultant shall conduct a workforce skills assessment and develop a structured AI training and change management plan.– Provide strategic advisory services to establish governance structures, draft policy frameworks, assess organizational readiness, identify high–value use cases, and create a phased implementation strategy for AI adoption across County government.– Ensure that AI technologies are deployed responsibly, securely, and transparently, while improving service delivery, operational efficiency, and data–driven decision–making.– Multiple constitutional functions including the Board of County Commissioners, Clerk of the Circuit Court, Tax Collector, Supervisor of Elections, Property Appraiser, Human Resources, Human Rights and Business Technology Services (IT).(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
