(1) Vendor needs to provide water sites cellular telemetry conversion services r to replace the City’s existing radio–based telemetry system with a new cellular–based telemetry network that integrates seamlessly with the City’s existing water Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system to the government authority located in Sumner, WA. (2) A Pre–Proposal Meeting and Site Walkthrough will be held on August 27, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
