(1) Vendor needs to provide bus book and system map printing services to the government authority located in West Covina, CA. – Print and deliver foothill transit bus books and system maps.   • Bus book:– The Bus Book must be trimmed to 9” (W) x 6” (H).– Quantity: 15,000 books for the first printing.– Cover: Four–page Litho Print Cover on both sides, 100# gloss book, total 4 pages.– Body: Approximately 146 pages printed in four calors.– Interior Pages: 43# #5 gloss book or 40# 80b Gloss Book.– System Map Foldout: Six pages with a four–color process on both sides, The map’s dimensions will be 26 5/8” x 1115/16” bleed gatefold insert on 70# coated paper, Map will be bound to the book.• Standalone system map:– Quantity: 10,000 foldouts for the first printing. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
