CONS-24887 - USA (Ashburn, Virginia) - Building Commissioning Services - Deadline November 16,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide building commissioning services to the government authority located in Ashburn, VA.– Prepare a commissioning plan in cooperation with Architect/Engineer and the Owner, revising it as needed and directed to obtain Owner’s approval.– Review design documents during the early design phase (schematic or design development phases) with respect to known problematic building system intersections to mitigate potential performance issues, conflicts, constructability issues, or operational/maintenance issues.– Review TAB specifications to ensure early inclusion of duct leakage testing protocols, accessibility requirements for balancing valves/dampers, and test ports.– Maintain a master issues log and a separate testing record. Provide to the Owner and Architect/Engineer written progress reports and test results with recommended actions.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 9, 2026.
