INSU-6353 - USA (Petaluma, California) - Insurance Brokerage and Risk Management Services - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide insurance brokerage and risk management services to the government authority located in Petaluma, CA. – Provide full–service insurance brokerage services and risk management advisory, consultation, and support services.– Providing insurance brokerage services for the administration, renewal, provision of new, and adjustment to existing agency insurance policies.– Recommending and facilitating adjustments to agency entire insurance program and risk profile. – Providing consultation and advisory services on agency policies and procedures.– Advocating for and assisting agency with filing claims on assigned insurance programs.– Reviewing third–party damage claims with agency and its attorneys.– Other insurance brokerage and risk management advisory, consultation, and support services as requested.(2) The contract period will be for three years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 10, 2026.
