(1) Vendor needs to provide farmers market and community activation operator service. – Design, implement, and operate a weekly farmers market and community events program in agency. – Establish and operate a weekly farmers market, maintain vendor participation, and provide a high–quality customer experience.• Operations:– Site layout and design.– Set–up and tear–down.– Vendor coordination.– Crowd management and safety.• Vendor recruitment:– Recruit and maintain a diverse vendor base that are properly licensed.– Ensure compliance with agricultural producer requirements.• Programming and activation:– Develop programming calendars.– Coordinate quarterly activation events.• Marketing and branding:– The farmers market and events shall be marketed under an agency–approved name and branding program.– The operator shall properly market the farmers market and events through the use of an annual marketing plan, branding strategy, social media calendar, media outreach, visitor attraction strategy and regional advertising.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 1, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Non–mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on August 25, 2026.
