(1) Vendor needs to provide tourism advertising agency services.– Public relations and creative production services, the agency will develop and implement an integrated advertising strategy designed to maximize available funding, increase overnight visitation, and deliver measurable results.– Strategic planning:– Develop a comprehensive annual advertising and digital marketing strategy.– Identify target audiences, priority geographic markets, campaign timing, and recommended media mix.– Provide ongoing strategic recommendations based on campaign performance, travel trends, and industry best practices.– Strategic partnership and collaboration:– Advise the on opportunities to improve efficiency, eliminate duplication of marketing efforts, and maximize available resources.– Provide strategic recommendations throughout the contract period to support the continued evolution of a sustainable, unified destination marketing program.– Media planning and buying:– Plan, negotiate, place and optimize paid media campaigns across digital, print, streaming, broadcast and other appropriate channels.– Develop audience targeting strategies using geographic, demographic, behavioural and interest–based data.– Digital marketing:– Develop and manage digital advertising campaigns across appropriate platforms, including search, display, video, social advertising and programmatic media, as recommended.– Social media management:– Manage social media channels through content scheduling, publishing, community engagement, paid social advertising, and performance optimization.– Develop monthly content calendars in coordination with the public relations agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.
