EXTRA-78501 - USA (Chicago, Illinois) - Pathways Development and Technical Support Service - Deadline December 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide pathways development and technical support service to the government authority located in Chicago, IL. – The awarded contractor must collect additional data and perform data validation through site visits of at least rail stations and 11 regional hubs with Metra service if station schematics and asset inventories are out of date or incomplete.– Develop Integration and Maintenance Plan and User Testing Plan– The awarded contractor shall work with technical staff from the Service Boards to develop an Integration and Maintenance Plan.– The awarded contractor shall work with the project team to collect technical documents such as station diagrams and asset inventories and develop a plan to collect additional data in the field as necessary, subject to approval by the Project Manager.– Data Collection and Coding Stations– The awarded contractor shall complete station fieldwork and review station schematics when available, identifying assets in support of extensions to the agency Pathways specification, and coding each rail station into the agency Pathways format.– The awarded contractor shall submit the applicable Pathways files, supporting source data, validation results, and a summary of assumptions or unresolved questions for each subgroup weekly and address consolidated review comments before final acceptance of the subgroup.– Database and GIS Integration: Integration will require a testing period working with downstream customers and users to ensure data is accurate and usable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on November 10, 2026.
