(1) Vendor needs to provide website and intranet support and maintenance services using Drupal content Management System.– Hosting Support: Management of the Acquia hosted environment, including Drupal module updates, security patches, and PHP updates.– Technical Support: Second–level support for Subject training for content coordinators, and 24/7 on–call emergency support.– 3rd Party Integra􀆟on: Assist with the integration process for platforms including Everbridge (Alert and Red Flag), Vimeo and LiveView (live streaming), GIS and Genasys (public mapping), (PDF hosting), JotForm, and Bitly.– Enhancements: Up to 48 hours per month of base–level system enhancements.– System Migration/Upgrades (As–Needed): Technical planning, methodology development, and execution of major Drupal platform version migrations or environment upgrades if required during the contract term.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
