Vendor needs to provide program research and evaluation services to conduct a follow–up evaluation of the Driver Education Scholarship Program to the government authority located in Oregon.– will conduct a series of quantitative analyses to determine whether participation in the Driver Education Scholarship Program is associated with improved traffic safety outcomes and driving performance,1. Present a comprehensive research design that includes newly proposed research objectives and/or questions. consultants are encouraged to provide additional objectives that align with the project's purpose, further demonstrate the program's effectiveness, or explore opportunities for programmatic improvements.2. Provide justification and description of each cohort (e.g., scholarship group and comparison group or group for each method to complete the requirement) in such a way that aligns with the approved research objectives.3. Identify the data specifications, considerations, and fields that need to be queried from the driver’s education commission4. Develop and execute sound analytical methods that will answer and align with the approved objectives and produce a preliminary report to the staff prior to the formal presentation to the Board5. Present preliminary findings by December 2026 and submit final deliverables that summarize the key findings for each research objective by March 2027.
