General Banking Services

The City of Thousand Oaks (City) is inviting proposals from qualified financial institutions interested in providing general banking services for the City. The City's primary objective is to evaluate the current banking environment and establish a new contract with a financially secure institution that best meets the needs of the City. The City would like to take advantage of the latest technology while also improving efficiency. The City's contract for general banking services ends on January 1, 2025. The contemplated contract period will be five years with the option to renew once for an additional five years. Pricing proposals should reflect fixed pricing for the initial five-year term. Price adjustments may be negotiated for the extension term.
