(1) Vendor needs to provide solid waste services to the government authority located in Bellevue, WA. – Provide solid waste collection services within the agency service area, these services include: residential and commercial garbage, recycling, and organics (yard debris and food scraps) collection, the delivery of garbage to an agency facility per the agency’s interlocal agreement, and the processing and marketing of collected recyclables and organics.• Contracted services include:– Single–family, multi–family complex, and commercial garbage, recyclables, and organics collection– Bulky item collection– Litter collection– Emergency services– Delivery of all garbage through the king county disposal system– Processing and marketing of collected recyclables and organics– Customer service and billing– Program administration funding(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 26, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for ten years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.
