(1) Vendor needs to provide purchasing card (p–card) program and payment solutions to the government authority located in Pontiac, MI.– Financial institutions and payment solution providers regarding Purchasing Card (P–Card) programs and related commercial payment solutions– Information received will assist the City in evaluating available technologies, implementation approaches, pricing models, security features, reporting capabilities, and industry best practices to support the development of a future competitive solicitation.– Modern Purchasing Card (P–Card) program that supports efficient financial operations, strengthens internal controls, and provides long–term value to the City and its taxpayers– Reduce administrative burden and paper–based processes associated with small–dollar purchasing, travel, and accounts payable transactions.– Strengthen internal controls through configurable, real–time spending controls, approval workflows, and fraud monitoring.– Improve financial transparency and auditability through robust reporting, analytics, and exportable transaction data.– Maximize financial value through competitive rebate opportunities, low total cost of ownership, and favorable contractual terms.– Digital wallet provisioning (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay) for cardholder mobile devices.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
