(1) Vendor needs to provide security awareness and phishing simulation platform. • AI–Generated Phishing Scenarios: Ability of the platform to use integrated Large Language Models (LLMs) to dynamically generate highly realistic, contextual spear–phishing templates tailored to specific departments or user risk profiles.• Automated Campaigns: Support for automated, randomized “drip“ phishing campaigns to ensure employees do not receive the same tests at the exact same time.• Customization: Ability to easily clone and modify existing templates or build fully custom scenarios from scratch (HTML/Text).• Deepfake & Vishing Simulations: Capability to simulate emerging AI threats, such as synthetic audio/voice clones (Deepfakes) used in business email compromise (BEC) or social engineering phone calls.• Automated Remediation: Ability to automatically trigger specific, targeted training modules immediately after a user fails a phishing simulation• AI–Assisted Explanations: Real–time, AI–driven feedback provided to users immediately after clicking a test link, explaining precisely why the specific email they failed was a phish• Identity Management: Seamless integration with Google Workspace via SAML 2.0 for single sign–on (SSO) and automated user provisioning based on Google groups• Delivery Infrastructure: Robust allowlisting documentation or automated delivery mechanisms to bypass spam filters without compromising internal security postures.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Aug 21, 2026.
