Description
This project includes but is not limited to work associated with the overall demolition of the north portion of the existing middle school buildings and related site work in preparation for the future Phase III Prime Construction work. The site work generally includes site work related to removal of existing site improvements and installation of new construction fencing, erosion and sediment controls, rough grading and all associated site work. The overall demolition work within the existing building generally includes demolition of approximately 63,900 SF, minor electrical and mechanical work associated with the demolition and installation of temporary construction partitions to secure portions of the existing building which will remain for renovation are also included. Portions of the existing building and site not included in the defined work areas are fully occupied by the operating school.
