(1) Vendor needs to provide avaya enterprise communications system.– Supporting voice processing applications, including voicemail locally and remotely (off site) for station users– Call Management System (CMS) and Voice Announcement over Local Area Network (LAN) (VAL) Boards– Call Management system software operates at two sites providing call center functionality to the TB Avaya with required licenses on hand for users.– E911 System: Redsky brand E911 software, version 6.0., and Intrado (application allow Avaya ECS users, when they dial 911 or 9911, to provide the Public Service Answering Point.– Extreme Network is currently running Intermediate System to Intermediate System (ISIS) fabric routing to two nodes dedicated wide area network including all remotely connected sites.– Avaya Administrative Software/Hardware: Avaya and Avaya Adjunct system administration is enabled by the use of management software for all the deployed connected systems that comprise the telephony infrastructure, including the Avaya components and the Avaya adjunct systems– The contractor shall maintain all applicable software and hardware required to support all features, services, and capabilities, for the Avaya ECS, Avaya IR, Avaya Aura Messaging (AM) and Avaya adjunct systems.– The contractor shall install network connections to all UPS ports to capture information to provide data input and to e–notify applications hosted.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.
