ITES-11008 - USA (Quantico, Virginia) - Professional Information Technology, Management and Technical Support Services - Deadline September 17,2027

(1) Vendor needs to provide professional information technology, management and technical support services to the government authority located in Quantico, VA.– Network and System Support: Provide support for the installation, configuration, maintenance, sustainment, operation, troubleshooting, monitoring, reporting, security compliance assessing and administration of all IT systems, services, applications, hardware, infrastructure, circuits, data centers and networks under the control of agency.– Technical Support: Provide IT technical customer support as the primary interface for user support, providing helpdesk operations support, initial triage, in–person and remote troubleshooting, account creation, administration and troubleshooting, end user device and application troubleshooting, trouble ticket creation and management, issue escalation, and end user device imaging– Cybersecurity and Information Security: Provide Cyber–Security support and oversight of all systems ensuring network security and compliance.– Audiovisual & Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) Support: Provide user level configuration, preventative maintenance, functionality and operation checks, operation, status reporting, monitoring, inventorying, and user level troubleshooting of Audio Visual and Video Teleconference (AV/VTC) equipment and systems.(2) All question must be submitted no late than September 18, 2026.
