Wake BRT: Northern Corridors Design & NEPA Study

The purpose of this solicitation is for the City of Raleigh Transportation Department to secure professional engineering consulting services for Wake Transit Plan Bus Rapid Transit design (30%) for two identified corridors — Midtown and Capital — and National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) study, with options for contract extension through final design (100%) or continuation into an alternative construction delivery method. Additional information is provided in Sections 2 and 3. The term “submittal” herein refers to the written response and supporting materials submitted in reply to this Request for Qualifications.
