EXTRA-72813 - USA (Salinas, California) - Employee Immunization Clinics Service - Deadline July 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide employee immunization clinics service to the government authority located in Salinas, CA. – Provide administer immunizations for the county’s employee wellness program in September, October, and November at various worksite locations.– High–dose influenza vaccine must be available for people 65 years and older.– Preservative free vaccine must be available for pregnant women.– Provide additional routine immunizations (PPSV23, PCV13, COVID–19, Zoster, Tdap, HPV, RSV, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, among others).– Vaccines will be transported in a qualified container designed to transport vaccines within the temperature range recommended.– Provide sufficient staff to perform all functions related to administering immunizations, including patient registration, consent and insurance attestation forms, screening, and vaccination.– Provide an online registration portal for employees to book appointments.– Set up at each location (i.e., move tables and chairs) and return to the original configuration at the end of the clinic.– Staff must use proper hygiene techniques to clean hands before vaccine administration, between patients, and anytime hands become soiled.(2) The contract period will be for two years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 30, 2026.
