(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud– hosted ticketing, booking and commercial software.– Provide a new ticketing, booking and commercial platform for that enhances operational efficiency, streamlines processes, and improves the overall visitor experience while ensuring proactive support from the provider.– Mobile apps must not be able to operate on jail–broken, or similar, devices.– Any mobile app without an independent security test report requires an additional risk assessment to be undertaken.– A cloud hosted and software–as–a–service solution, with no council–managed backend components.– An architectural diagram showing system components, integrations and connectivity solutions must be provided including any software as a service, infrastructure as a service and platform as a service components, identifying the separation between these different components of the overall solution.
