(1) Vendor needs to provide standard–setting study support services to the government authority located in Fort Eustis, VA. – Provide up to six defense language proficiency test 5 standard setting studies in a base period and up to six studies in each of six option periods.– Establish independent reading and listening cut scores across twelve specific language including ukrainian, russian, korean, and french with final deliverable consisting of comprehensive analytical reports.
