(1) Vendor needs to provide street lighting master plan service to the government authority located in Stanton, CA.• The purpose of the Master Plan is to evaluate and maximize the effectiveness of the City’s existing streetlighting system and establish a clear framework for future improvements.– The Master Plan will include a comprehensive assessment of the City’s lighting system, including:• Verifying and updating the inventory of City–owned streetlights, alley lights, and traffic signal safety lights.• Identifying areas where additional lighting or upgrades to existing lighting are needed to improve safety, visibility, and coverage.• Evaluating the existing system and identifying opportunities to improve its performance, efficiency, reliability, and maintainability.• Establishing priorities and long–term goals to guide future streetlighting projects and investments.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.
