(1) Vendor needs to provide art engagement services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA. – Provide art engagement services for seniors and adults with disabilities at agency.• Provide a qualified Artist‑in‑Residence (AIR) or art instructor, and at least one qualified assistant instructor, to:– Facilitate up to five art classes per week, including one weekend day per week, for at least fifty (50) weeks per year.– Provide three (3) hours of art instructional classes per day, such as 9AM–12PM or 1:00PM–4:00PM with flexibility as needed, including classroom setup and assistance with resident seating and transitions.– Provide individualized, one‑on‑one instructional support to residents as needed.– Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate instruction by assigning AIR and/or assistant instructors who are bilingual in English and Spanish, Chinese, and/or Tagalog.– Provide staff who have completed and passed all required background checks prior toassignment. • Coordination and communication:– Class schedules.– Class locations. – Support needs, including resident transportation and classroom setup.• Resident evaluation and records management:– Evaluate all enrolled residents based on their skills and interests to determine instructional needs.– Maintain an on‑site inventory of LHH resident artwork only.– Record attendance and all other information requested by agency.• Art exhibits and program promotion:– Maintain exhibits of resident artwork throughout the agency campus.• Art supplies and materials: Agency will provide all necessary art supplies and materials.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
