Escambia County is seeking a qualified vendor to procure and deliver, a complete Televic digital conference system or equivalent for its Central Office Complex (COC). It is the vendor's responsibility to prove item(s) are equivalent to Televic digital conference system. The system will support RFID-based member identification, high-quality audio conferencing, and integration with Confero 360 control software for streamlined meeting management.
