MRF Permanent Stormwater Treatment System

Purchase of a "turnkey" treatment system to treat stormwater from the Resource Recovery Facility recycling yard and parking lot. The system will be designed to treat and operate at 400 gallons per minute (GPM) and is assumed to do so by method of polymer injection, settling, and sand filtration to achieve effluent limits stated in the Industrial General Permit (IGP). The work will include the mobilization, installation, startup, and training of the "turnkey" system.
