Vendor needs to provide municipal pool management services to the government authority located in Warrenton, MO.• Check and test all safety equipment.• Clean the entire complex including: guard office, all restrooms/showers, all areas within the fencing, and the premises within twenty–five feet of the facility by the proper collection of waste, garbage and all other debris. Proposal should allow for ongoing cleaning during hours of operation to maintain reasonable conditions of the facilities.• Power wash or hose decks daily.• Enforce all rules and regulations stipulated by the city and suggest and advise with regard to additional rules and regulations for the operation of the pool.• Maintain tests and records as required by state, county and municipal codes and meet all requirements for such.• Maintain any additional records as reasonably required by the city.• Maintain, and operate the filtration equipment in accordance with health department regulations and pursuant to manufacturer’s recommendations.• Spot vacuuming shall be scheduled on a daily basis. The entire pool will be vacuumed a minimum of once per week. Pool must be vacuumed when the public is not present.• Backwash filtration system as required.• Work with the city in handling complaints users may have, reporting all complaints to the city administrator.
