(1) Vendor needs to provide telehealth administration services to the government authority located in Ohio.– Provide telehealth services 24 hours a day, seven days a week and 365 days out of the year, including:– Virtual primary care, including pediatric care;– Virtual urgent care;– Virtual behavioural health services, including therapy, psychiatry and crisis support and referral services;– Asynchronous care modalities (e.g., chat based visits, eVisits, store and forward services, secure messaging);– Specialty virtual services (e.g., dermatology, musculoskeletal care, women’s health, men’s health, nutrition counseling, sexual health, urinary care, and allergy care.);– Laboratory, imaging, diagnostic and specialty referral coordination services, as clinically appropriate.– Routine therapy appointments within five business days.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 6, 2026.
