MRB-57523 - USA (Louisiana) - Strategic Plan Refresh Service - Deadline October 27,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide strategic plan refresh service. – Provide lead a focused strategic planning process that builds upon, rather than recreates.– Include review of the current plan and available progress data; structured engagement.– Refinement of the district's strategic framework.– Development of measurable goals and key performance indicators; and preparation of an implementation roadmap.– Discovery and assessment: review evolve, implementation progress, relevant performance data, board and superintendent priorities, and other district–provided materials; identify goals and strategies that are complete, should continue, require revision, or should be retired.– Leadership engagement and direction setting: conduct targeted interviews, focus groups, surveys, and facilitated planning sessions.– Strategic framework and measures: translate findings into a recommended 2027–2030 framework, including any recommended refinements to the vision, mission, guiding principles, commitments, priorities, goals, strategies, and measurable KPIs.– Develop an implementation roadmap with timelines, responsible owners, milestones, monitoring and reporting recommendations; facilitate review and revision with district leadership and the board.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 9, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 12, 2026.
