(1) Vendor needs to provide transportation services for field trips and additional services including student delivery transportation services to the government authority located in Ontario, CA.– The vendor shall provide transportation services before, during, and after school from Monday through Friday, between July 1 through June 30 of each year. In addition, the vendor must provide services as needed by the District for summer school, extended school year (ESY), evening or weekend events, and field trips, including overnight trips.a) The order of pickup and deliveryb) Pickup and delivery locationc) Directions to and from each locationd) Number of studentse) The School to which the student is assignedf) The arrival and departure times of buses assignedg) The size and type of equipmenth) An indication of whether or not the student requires special handling and/or equipment.i) If special needs, a picture of the student is provided when possible(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
