(1) Vendor needs to provide acting director of finance and administration services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ.‐ Safeguards all of the agency’s financial interests.‐ Responsible for the accounting of all agency revenue and expenditures, including invoicing and receipt of funds and proper purchasing protocols.‐ Responsible for financial risk management taking the lead on all insurance matters.‐ Ensures proper payroll procedures and accompanying practices including workers compensation, unemployment insurance, pensions, deferred compensation programs and any non‐contributory plans.‐ Routinely sample and pre‐audit invoices.‐ Discuss executive director with any recommendations by external auditor.– Maximize investment return and safely invest the agency’s idle liquid assets.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 11,2026.
