(1) Vendor needs to provide construction management services to the government authority located in Lexington, KY.– Prepare the required detailed construction cost estimates to support the design process.– Provide Special Conditions for approval by the Architect and the University and for inclusion in bidding and contract documents.– Enter into direct contracts with all Trade Contractors and Suppliers.– Participate in Construction Document progress review sessions for the purpose of providing input with respect to constructability, contractibility, value engineering, coordination between trades, scheduling, and document development.– Assume the responsibility for the overall administration of construction contracts.– Provide full–time staff throughout construction for the purpose of monitoring, managing, inspecting, scheduling, and coordinating the timely progress, performance, quality and contract compliance of the trade contractors and suppliers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 8, 2026.
