(1) Vendor needs to provide health equity technical assistance service to the government authority located in CO. – Providing technical support, training, and expertise in this area, the capabilities of state control personnel will be enhanced to increase the effectiveness of tobacco control initiatives.– Provide both group training and tailored 1:1 technical assistance to agency grantees.– Facilitate quarterly learning community calls to promote peer–to–peer learning and increase agency grantee capacity.– Manage, maintain, and host the practicing cultural humility online series using a platform approved by agency– Describing the history, culture, context, and geography of the priority population community served and the intersection of tobacco use.– Communicating and discussing the health impact of systems, structures, policies, and practices on priority populations– Explaining and implementing population–based, upstream best practices and interventionsapplying principles to tobacco prevention, cessation, and policy that reduce health disparitiesapplying principles of effective implementation that neither cause nor exacerbate harm to priority populations.
