CLEANING-14110 - USA (Wisconsin) - Carpet Cleaning, Enzyme and Stain Treatment Services - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide carpet cleaning, enzyme and stain treatment services to the government authority located in Wisconsin.– Carpet Shampooing–regular cleaning between tenants (approximately 500 apartments per year)– Stain treatment for vacant units to attempt to save carpet from replacement (approximately 150 units/year)– Enzyme treatment – to be used after a pet has resided in the apartment (approximately 20 apartments per year)– Enzyme treatment – to be requested on short notice after a toilet overflow or other bodily fluid on carpet issue (approximately 20 apartments per year)– Occupied carpet cleaning – cleaning of high traffic areas in an occupied apartment – no furniture moving required (approximately 100 units per year) – apartments range in size.– Cleaning childcare classroom carpets – (4 times/year) – classroom carpet sizes range.(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
