(1) Vendor needs to provide medical adult day care private pay subsidy service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD. – Provide a range of health and human services to functionally impaired elderly individuals who are unable to be employed and are at risk of institutional placement if their health and social needs are not met.– These services are designed to assist individuals to remain at home and in their communities.– Medical adult day care services are to be provided to non–Medicaid participants who do not qualify for Medicaid’s medical adult day care waiver program.– Participants are residents aged 55 years or older who have physical or mental impairments, particularly chronic disease and health problems associated with aging, including Alzheimer's disease and related disorders.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 5, 2026. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 13, 2026.
