Description

The purpose of the Tribal Institutional Review Board Establishment and Enhancement (TIRBEE) award is to support federally recognized American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) Tribes, Tribal colleges and universities, Tribal health programs, or Tribal organizations(collectively, eligible Tribal entities) to establish Institutional Review Boards (IRBs) or enhance the capacity of existing Tribal IRBs. Eligibility: Other Eligible Applicants include the following: Indian/Native American Tribal Governments (Other than Federally Recognized); Non-domestic (non-U.S.) Entities (Foreign Organizations) are not eligible to apply. Non-domestic (non-U.S.) components of U.S. Organizations are not eligible to apply. Foreign components, as defined in the NIH Grants Policy Statement, are allowed. CFDA: 93.859
