(1) Vendor needs to provide pool maintenance, testing and repair service to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. • Perform weekly tests and monitor the following water quality parameters:– PH– Chlorine– Alkalinity– Calcium Hardness– Temperature• Perform on an “as needed” basis to maintain the correct chemical balances and system operation of the pool.• Advise the contract administrator in writing of additional services, chemicals, repairs or equipment not covered herein that may be necessary to render the pool and filter system operational prior to work being performed.(2) The contract period will be for one year. (3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 27, 2026.
