(1) Vendor needs to provide advancement contact data append software. – Enhanced email data will directly support more effective outreach, engagement, philanthropic campaigns, event invitations, and stewardship activities while reducing bounce rates, spam complaints, and delivery issues.– Provide high–quality email append and optional value–added services.  – To significantly improve the accuracy, completeness, and deliverability of email addresses in our database of alumni, donors, friends, and other constituents.  – Elimination or flagging of generic and role–based emails.– Match confidence score or quality tier for each appended email.– On–demand lookup portal or API access.– Phone append or additional enrichment.– Ongoing or subscription–based append services for future batches.   (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
