(1) Vendor needs to provide third party administration service.– Provide administration services for its self–funded medical and prescription drug plan through a TPA (Third Party Administration).– fully insured dental plan.– fully insured vision plan.– Major Medical / Prescription Drug Coverage: Proposers should provide clearly labeled alternate self–funded, level–funded, ASO, or stop–loss proposals, with disclosure of all risks, fees, and assumptions.– Dental Coverage: Fully–insured dental proposals are required. Proposers may include passive PPO, PPO, indemnity, or other options, but must clearly identify network, reimbursement method, exclusions, waiting periods, and orthodontia availability and employee–paid scenarios.– Vision Coverage: Fully–insured vision proposals are required. Proposers may offer vision PPO, passive PPO, indemnity, or alternative plan designs.– The medical proposal shall address only the self–funded medical and prescription drug plan, including claims administration, network access, pharmacy benefit administration, utilization management, case management, reporting, compliance support, implementation, and transition services.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(4) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on August 17, 2026.
