(1) Vendor needs to provide entrepreneurship center services.– Provides education, mentorship, funding access, and ecosystem connectivity through various structured programs; it plays a critical role in local economic development and student career readiness.– Programs are to equip early–stage entrepreneurs with tools and frameworks to validate their ideas through direct customer engagement, while guiding participants in identifying their customer segments, testing assumptions, and developing evidence–based business models, and supporting participants with one–on–one coaching to refine their customer discovery strategies.– Engage vendors who can support the entrepreneur center in one or more of the following areas:– Business development strategy.– Digital tools and platforms (CRM, learning management, booking, reporting, websites).– Marketing and community outreach.– Event planning and management.– Entrepreneurial research and assessment.– Tech testing and validation.– Access to capital services or platforms.– Micro–loan program design and implementation.– Investment readiness programming.– Partnerships with lenders or investor networks.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 13,2026.(3) The contract period will be for two years.
