(1) Vendor needs to provide portable radios service to the government authority located in Independence, MO. – Provide comprehensive device programming services.– Programming services must include building a new radio template for the APX 6000XE portable radios and fully programmed prior to delivery.– The radios must be Motorola APX 6000XE 700/800 Model 2.5 portable radios.– System Compatibility: The radios must be fully compatible with the regional public safety radio system.– The RSMs must be Motorola XVE500 Div 1 Remote Speaker Mics.– Must be Motorola IMPRES 2 Li–ion 3100 mAh batteries.– Must be Motorola IMPRES 2 Desktop Multi–Unit (6–unit) chargers.– Bidder shall provide a two–year warranty on all products.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 4, 2026.
