(1) Vendor needs to provide RidesPlus transportation services to the government authority located in Springfield, OH. – Provide transportation six days per week (Monday through Saturday), with limited Sunday transportation as noted above, Hours of operation will be 5:00 a.m. to 12:00 midnight.– Provider will provide out–of–county transportation services, when authorized, for medical appointments, employment, childcare, and access to other social services programs as determined on a case–by–case basis.– The RidesPlus transportation system is a non–fixed route, demand–responsive, point–to–point transportation service that operates from 5 a.m. to Midnight, Monday through Saturday.– Provide approximately 20,000 trips annually to accommodate the demand from Medicaid–eligible customers and other low–income citizens.– Provides a demand–responsive transportation system sufficient to accommodate the volume described.– Client’s medical transportation appointments should be made giving sufficient time to make their scheduled medical appointment.– Provider shall require transportation drivers to complete car seat installation training at the frequency recommended.– This program shall serve as a curb–to–curb transportation system(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 09, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–proposal meeting will be held on August 26, 2026.
