(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based automated compound flood forecasting, impact analysis, and mapping system.– System shall be a cloud–based platform that provides authorized users with secure, web–based access to system functionality and results.– Solution shall support access from commonly used internet–connected devices, including desktop computers, tablets, and smartphones.– Flood forecasting model shall utilize hourly, or more frequent, rainfall and coastal tide forecast products, and other relevant datasets necessary to support accurate flood forecasting.– Model shall support the execution and completion of up to four forecast simulations within a rolling 24–hour period.– Provide a unified, web–based dashboard that allows authorized users to view, analyze, and process the results of all flood models and simulations through an intuitive, user–friendly interface.– System shall provide county staff with direct access to ArcGIS Online feature layers containing daily forecast results. The feature layers shall support viewing, downloading, and integration with county–developed web applications and web viewers.– Visual display of the maximum current and forecasted inundation extent floodplains for user–selected locations within county.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11,2026.
