RFP 2000004308 Design, Implementation & Support of Digital Monitoring Services

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract or contracts through competitive negotiation for the provision of the design, implementation and support of digital monitoring systems, to include software upgrades, training, materials and maintenance (collectively the “Services”) for Digital Monitoring Products (DMP) (www.dmp.com) security intrusion and access control systems, including, but not limited to, Aiphone components, herein referred to as “security system” or “the system”, and associated equipment by Fairfax County Public Schools (FCPS) and the County of Fairfax, Virginia (Fairfax County Government or FCG). FCPS and FCG are referred to together herein as “the County” or “Fairfax County”.The resultant contract will also provide FCPS with an “as required” source for augmentation of FCPS personnel implementing all systems to include maintenance and repairs of all systems and components.
